If a faculty would like to change their instructional delivery choice now for the fall. Can they still do that or is it too late to make changes to the schedule of classes? What is the timeline for making this choice?
Jim Munger

Is there a “default” option if we don’t register a preference?
Margaret Kinzel

Donna— right now, most classes are scheduled for in person. If you want remote or online, you need to let me know before Monday. Default Plan B— for the math department— is to transition in person to fully remote. Again, if you want something else, let me know.

Do we have a sense of when faculty/staff will be eligible to receive the vaccine?

When will the fall schedule be completed in peoplesoft so we know if what we are scheduled for is correct?

Will BSU require students taking in-person classes to receive a COVID vaccination? Or is it not a possibility?

We've received a few questions from instructors about using larger spaces such as the arena and morrison ctr for those classes teaching courses with caps >190. Do we anticipate those rooms being available for scheduling courses? Or will we only consider those rooms if we need to stick with distancing guidelines?

I am curious if a faculty wishes to teach in-person only with 6 ft social distancing (like how things are now) in Fall 21, will that be a possibility?
Mintaek Lee

(as a plan A)

Currently, are depts expected to submit their "Plan B" to anyone (similar to Jim's spreadsheets to each dept for last fall)? Or is this an internal exercise for dept's to work on and potentially deploy when prompted by the Provost's office?
Jim Munger

Nicole: not decided yet
